Meet Our Principals

Drew Fischbach, Principal

Drew's journey in construction began during high school, working part-time for local firms, which led him to pursue a degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Over the next decade, Drew climbed the ranks at Sierra Contracting Corp., ultimately leading the pre-construction division as Vice President. With subsequent roles in real estate development and regional construction management at CORO Realty and The Lane Company, Drew has gained vast expertise in multi-family construction, from traditional garden-style developments to high-density, mixed-use projects.

Rob Morel, Principal

Rob brings over 20 years of experience in multi-family and commercial construction across the Southeast. After earning his degree in Economics and Business from the State University of New York at Albany, Rob started his career in construction management in New York before relocating to Atlanta. His leadership roles at Sierra Contracting Corp. and Standard Building Company saw him managing numerous high-profile projects and growing a general contracting firm into a $40 million enterprise. Rob’s hands-on experience in various sectors, from retail to multi-family housing, speaks to his versatility and deep industry knowledge.

OUR HISTORY

Drew & Rob's paths

Our paths first crossed in 1999 at a general contracting firm, but their journeys took them in different directions. After thriving in distinct areas of real estate, the 2009 economic downturn brought them back together. They reflected on their successes and challenges, leading to the founding of C3 Companies. Their core philosophies are simple but powerful:
