It was fate that brought Drew and Rob together. Meeting in 1999 while working at a general contracting firm, they ultimately went their separate ways. After successful careers at different ends of the real estate spectrum, the economic downturn of 2009 caused them to look for ways to build on their past success while learning from their mistakes.
